Summer was a busy season for Lifelong Learning. Our classes covered the gamut, from brain science to local women’s history to political campaigns. We hosted a successful film screening and our first International Adventure in Lifelong Learning to Venice, Italy was a rousing success. Demand is growing for another International Adventure. The Fall line-up of classes continues the excitement, with a decidedly artsy flavor. Courses covering opera (Jamie Allbritten from the Piedmont Opera returns to the classroom), Johan Sebastian Bach, Russian literature, and social dance provides numerous opportunities to explore the creative arts in all its various forms. And for those Lifelong Learning history buffs, we are excited to offer courses in the history of peacebuilding and the history of the book. There is something for everyone this Fall and we look forward to seeing you in class!

All the best,

Ron
